EMMANUEL CAPRAIS joined the Company in November 2026 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 25 years of global leadership experience spanning finance, operations, strategy, M&A, and investor relations across North America and Europe.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Caprais served as Chief Financial Officer of ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT), a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and technology solutions for the transportation, industrial, and energy markets, until June 2026. Mr. Caprais joined ITT as segment CFO for its Motion Technologies and Industrial Process businesses and subsequently led the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations functions before being named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2020.

During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Caprais helped guide ITT through a period of continued profitable growth, improved cash performance, and disciplined capital allocation, while strengthening the company’s finance function and investor relations program. Mr. Caprais was named Best CFO in Institutional Investor’s 2024 All-America Executive Team rankings for the Large-Cap Multi-Industry category. Previously, Mr. Caprais held finance leadership positions at Magneti Marelli and Valeo.

Mr. Caprais received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his undergraduate business degree from ESC Pau, a French graduate business school. Mr. Caprais is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian.
